Habersham Community Theatre - Clarkesville

The Habersham Community Theatre (HCT) provides live theatre for the residents and visitors in Northeast Georgia. Opportunities abound to be involved as an audience member, a performer on the stage, or worker behind the scenes. Actors, directors, set and costume designers, technical crew, board members, friends, and associates are all volunteers who wish to be involved in performing arts and contribute to the cultural enrichment of the community.

Drama, comedy, musicals, dinner theatre, readers' theatre, children's productions, art exhibits, and special events are part of the mix of activities taking place. Currently the theater sponsors a variety of concerts.

HCT is a member of the American Association of Community Theatres, The League of Historic Theatres, The Georgia Council of the Arts, The Habersham County Chamber of Commerce and The Clarkesville Business and Community Association.

The theater is located at 1370 Washington Street, just off the square, in Clarkesville, Georgia.
