Halloween in Highlands is a whole downtown full of spooktacular fun and entertainment. The streets close to traffic around 5:30pm, and the
entire downtown becomes a trick-or-treater’s haven, with monsters of all ages traipsing from business to business clutching Halloween bags and plastic pumpkins to be filled with gobs of goodies. Call 828-526-2112 for more information.
